The following are the general contest rules for Radio Peoria:
- Winners must present their full legal name and address and must present a valid form of identification and sign a waiver to claim all prizes. By signing the waiver winners grant Townsquare Media the right to use their name, voice, and or likeness without further compensation.
- Unless otherwise specified, winners have two weeks from the date of winning to pick up their prizes at the Radio Peoria offices located at 120 Eaton Street, Peoria, IL 61603, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Prizes are forfeited if not picked up in the allotted time. Any prize unclaimed after the date of an event is forfeited.
- Winners must be at least 12 years of age. Depending on the prize, older age restrictions may be imposed. No purchase is required; prizes are non-transferable and have no redeemable cash value.
- Listeners are restricted to one prize per radio station per every thirty days.
- Employees of Radio Peoria, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors, promotional partners, other electronic and print media employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
- Winners are responsible for all taxes
- The technology required to make WFYR, WIXO, WGLO, and WZPW available via the Internet may result in online broadcast delays. Townsquare Media cannot be responsible for any difficulties that may result from these delays.
- Townsquare Media reserves the right to make changes to all contest rules, failure to comply with all contest rules may result in disqualification.

Ultimate Room Giveaway Contest Rules

In addition to WZPW’s general contest rules, the follow also apply:
- Contest will run Monday, May 31, 2010 – Friday June 25th, 2010
- There are 3 ways to enter to win.
- Listen to Power 92.3 for the “Ultimate Room Giveaway” sounder to play. When you hear the sounder, you must be caller 9 at 309-674-9292 to get your name in the final drawing. (On-Air Qualifiers will get to bring one (1) friend and have their name placed in the final drawing as well.)
- Visit Lake Knoxville Furniture (at the corner of Lake & Knoxville in Peoria) to register at the prize box located inside the store. Ten (10) names will be drawn from this box to be final qualifiers the week of June 21st. You will be contacted if you are a final qualifier
- Put your name in the “Last Chance Qualifier” box at our grand prize giveaway, on June 26th at Castaways in Chillicothe from 8 - 10pm. We will draw 5 last chance names to go into the final drawing.
- All qualifiers and their guests must be at least 21 years old and present to win at our grand prize drawing on June 26th at Castaways in Chillicothe from 8 - 10pm.
- One (1) grand prize winner will be awarded a new furniture set from Lake Knoxville Furniture (Value - $2298.14), and an electronics package consisting of a 50” Flat Screen TV, Blu-Ray Disc Player, and three (3) Blu-Ray Discs. (Value - $900)
- Furniture set from Lake Knoxville Furniture will be custom ordered once the winner is announced and will take 4 – 6 weeks for arrival.
- Contest Winner is responsible for delivery of the prize package to their home. Delivery service is available for an additional charge to the winner.
- Contest Winner is responsible for all Taxes as a result of winning the grand prize.
- All decisions made by WZPW Management are final and WZPW Management reserves the right to change or modify these contest rules.
