JUSTIN BIEBER was caught on video yelling, “Eff you!” to a female fan who was apparently bugging him at Disneyland. After apparently harassing him and his family while they were on a ride, the Biebs finally just snapped! He turned around and tossed up the middle finger and yelled “F@#k You!” to his annoying fans.
